Ovation consists of three main ideas: Optimize the history, local landscape and Ohio River frontage; Optimize financial mechanisms, such as TIFF, to leverage value and reduce risk; Create an iconic vision at the macro-scale of the region and the micro-scale of the site. Pedestrian movement is arranged on two levels: at street level and above at the second level. The raised level is an organic arrangement of green spaces and plazas, while the at-street level adheres to an existing city grid. The juxtaposition of the two creates a fascinating and dynamic contrast.
