Sauer Center is located adjacent to Richmond’s historic Fan District. The project program for the urban study includes townhomes, podium apartments, hotel, two office towers with commanding views of the skyline, high-rise apartments, retail and entertainment. The plan shown here is phase two, with phase one recently fully completed and leased.
